As Managing Director & Co-Owner at Smile Vision, I lead the strategic development and long-term growth of the clinic, building strong teams, shaping our vision, and aligning our services with market needs and patient expectations. My role combines business development, operational leadership, and strategic planning, ensuring the clinic evolves sustainably and delivers outstanding patient experiences. I coordinate cross-functional departments when needed, while maintaining a close collaboration with the marketing team to strengthen our brand, drive engagement, and position Smile Vision as a trusted, modern dental center. I am responsible for budgeting and managing financial objectives that support continuous development, allowing us to invest in advanced technologies, innovative techniques, and state-of-the-art equipment — ensuring patients always benefit from the best solutions available on the market. Working hand in hand with our Medical Leader, I contribute to building a high-performance environment where medical excellence, high-quality service, and efficient operations come together to provide exceptional care and long-term patient satisfaction.

- Prioritise and Organise the work of a Scrum Team according with the project constraints, timeline and limitations. - Monitor the project evolution. - Preparation and Participation in PI Planning

Scrum Master for multiples teams with members collocated. The methodology used was a Scaled Agile approach SAFe 4.6 with a specific implementation. - Define the mapping between Agile Process, project constraints and customer needs. - Organise and prepare the PI Planning together with the Product Owner. - Facilitate iteration planning and effective iteration execution. - Support effective Program Increment execution. - Monitor the progress against PI Planning and present the reporting using JIRA and Confluence. - Facilitate Agile Ceremonies. - Help the team to continuously improve.

- Develop and train staff(over 150 people in different locations) in Agile principles, process, roles , tasks and behaviors, within the BU or project scope. - Develop Agile Specialists through training, mentoring and coaching - Support BU Management in developing BU Agile implementation roadmap for management approval and execution - Audit existing Agile process and identify ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Internal Project Lead of a project according to the agreed roadmap and project plan - Ensure process documents availability

• Define software requirements for the module designed • Prepare the architecture and design documents needed for review and development • Coach and organize the team members to follow the requirements and architecture defined. • SW implementation together with the team members based on the architecture and design defined

• Establishes and understand software requirements for assigned modules based on the information received from technical responsible (e.g. SW PM, PM). • Prepare the architecture and design documents needed for review and development. • Design and implement SW according to established requirements and quality procedure. • Tests SW according to established requirements/design and creates or maintains required documentation. • Coach new team members for development and organize/lead a group for reaching certain goals in a project.

• Organize working sessions with students for learning JAVA WEB technologies (JDBC, JSP, JavaServlet, Tomcat ). • Preparing the documentation and the subjects for study. Developing small projects as examples for the technologies used and mix them in a final product for a better understanding
