I have worked at Bromcom for nearly 6 years, with the last 1.5 years as a Development Team Lead. In this role, I have been working entirely remotely, leading a team that has ranged from 4 to 6 software developers. Including QA members, we’ve consistently maintained a team size of around 14. Over the years, I have gained hands-on experience with almost every module in the Bromcom ecosystem. However, our team's core expertise lies in Census, Student, Examination, and Options modules. I continue to serve as a Team Lead, contributing to technical decision-making and team development while maintaining a strong focus on product quality and user needs.
