* Reported directly to both the Executive Vice President of New York Operations as well as the National Research Director at HQ * Physically foot canvassed buildings throughout various NYC properties (ranging from Class A trophy towers to Class C loft buildings); generating and creating floor-by-floor stacking plans, which were critical for developing more than a dozen meetings for new prospective clients * Used CoStar and D&B Family Tree data to develop workbooks containing foreign and domestic location and contact information of all recently acquired Savills Studley clients * Directly interfaced with numerous senior level brokers from CBRE, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield and arranged site inspection tours * Following the June 1, 2014 merger acquisition of Studley by Savills, I developed and reformatted the market snapshots used in the quarterly publication of the new standard Savills Studley Report, one of the leading reports in the real estate industry
