Joined PLS as the Operational Readiness Lead for the P1000 expansion project at Pilgangoora which achieved first ore two months ahead of schedule and on budget! Responsible for the transition of the P1000 project from construction delivery into operations. Post completion of the P1000 project, I joined the team in Perth working on the build of the P1000 CMMS and a full review of the existing plant maintenance set-up and strategies as well as additional sustaining capital project CMMS builds. In January 2026, I transitioned onto the Midstream project at Pilgangoora to assist with commissioning activities and ensuring operational readiness.

Seconded to Woodside working on the ongoing integrity of the NWS offshore platforms.

As the Integrity Engineering Lead for Applus onshore at Karratha Gas Plant, I provided leadership, guidance and technical support for the 10 inspection engineers working to ensure the fixed plant asset integrity of the Karratha Gas Plant.

Service Provider for Woodside at KGP Responsible for the development and management of the inspection of in-service pressure equipment (piping, vessels etc.) and structure to ensure ongoing asset integrity, including: • Statutory and risk-based inspections (RBI) • Corrosion under insulation (CUI) RBI • Shutdown scopes. • Passive fire protection (PFP) inspections and refurbishment • Review of inspection findings, defect assessment and development of refurbishment scope.

My key role whilst at ATCO was Championing Technical Change Management (MoC). This involved; • Developing and maintaining the Change Management framework. • Facilitating change management workshops with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in from all parties and to outline key actions and responsibilities moving forward. • Managing the change management pipeline. • Developing and implementing change management plans to support key initiatives and mitigate risk. • Developing awareness plans and materials to ensure stakeholders are informed, engaged and prepared for changes. • Maintaining record keeping and documentation of consultation with key stakeholders. • Setting performance measurement requirements during and post change implementation. • Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of change initiatives against the agreed performance measurements. • Providing monthly change management progress reporting to the executive team. Including but not limited to overseeing blasting and painting, welding, hydrotesting, engineered composite wrap applications and installation of mechanical components. • Responding to technical site queries from the implementation and EP contractors. • Carrying out various completion’s activities. • Coordination of the monthly manning and risk profiles for the KLE project. • Development of site actioned mechanical repair scope and engineering deliverables including but not limited to pipe support and pipe guide repairs, pipe stress assessment of lifting live process piping and repair of technical integrity piping metal loss defects. • Management and prioritisation of the EP contractor developing online and system outage scope for the EC project. • Identifying and ensuring the correct specification of piping and structural materials for procurement.
