Senior Mechanical Engineer - Operational Readiness

Joined PLS as the Operational Readiness Lead for the P1000 expansion project at Pilgangoora which achieved first ore two months ahead of schedule and on budget! Responsible for the transition of the P1000 project from construction delivery into operations. Post completion of the P1000 project, I joined the team in Perth working on the build of the P1000 CMMS and a full review of the existing plant maintenance set-up and strategies as well as additional sustaining capital project CMMS builds. In January 2026, I transitioned onto the Midstream project at Pilgangoora to assist with commissioning activities and ensuring operational readiness.
