I know what it feels like to live with OCD. The intrusive thoughts. The mental loops. The exhaustion of trying to outthink something that feeds on doubt. I also know what it takes to recover. After years of personal recovery, coaching, writing, and working directly with people navigating OCD, I founded OCD Space — an AI-powered OCD recovery platform built to provide structured, real-time support outside of therapy. OCD doesn’t operate on a 50-minute schedule. Recovery shouldn’t either. OCD Space is home to the world’s first clinically-trained AI OCD coach, built in collaboration with licensed psychologists and shaped by evidence-based ERP principles.
