I am the General Counsel of SHEIN covering the APAC region. I was also the head of the legal team supporting out global ESG and Public Affairs function.

I was the Global General Counsel of Shopline, where I built up and was responsible for the global Legal and Compliance function of the Group.

I was the Group General Counsel of OnlinePajak, a tax and payments tech company with offices and operations in Singapore, Jakarta and Sydney. I was also the group Data Protection Officer and oversaw the Governance, Risk and Compliance and Public Policy & Government Relations functions of the group.

I joined Withers LLP in Singapore as a senior associate with its banking and restructuring team and worked primarily on Indonesian debt transactions with a focus on the energy and natural resource sector. I was also the coordinator for the firm’s China practice group.

I was an Associate Director in the Loan Structuring and Execution team within the Loans and Specialised Finance division of ANZ Bank in Singapore where, as a member of the front office deal team, I engaged in the structuring and execution aspect of a wide range of structured loan products ranging from project finance, multilateral export finance covered financing, leveraged acquisition finance, asset finance, structured trade finance as well as plain vanilla corporate loans. On these transactions, my role requires me to be a key point of contact between the client, external legal counsels, other banks in the syndicate, as well as various internal stakeholders, including the business, credit, operations, tax and legal teams within ANZ Bank.

I joined Ashurst LLP in Hong Kong as a Senior Associate in the Banking and Finance Practice Group, where I specialised in project finance and trade finance work, and relocated to the Singapore office towards the end of 2015. Highlight includes working on the US$2.8 billion Donggi-Senoro LNG Project in Indonesia (Infrastructure Journal Asia-Pacific Awards: Asia-Pacific Oil and Gas Deal of the Year 2014)

I was a Senior Associate in the Ship Finance Practice Group of Watson, Farley & Williams LLP in Hong Kong and worked on various ship financing and debt restructuring transactions.

I was an associate in the Banking and Finance Practice Group of Herbert Smith Freehills LLP, and worked on cross border project finance and pre-export finance transactions.

I was an Associate in the Banking Practice group where I worked on development financing and corporate debt restructuring transactions.
