Manager of a highly productive team responsible for the manufacturing schedule of 14+ production departments utilizing multiple manufacturing technologies. Responsible for the master planning and batch optimization functions for North American operations. Actively mitigate production loss and reduce risk through strategic inventory management and lead enhancements in production processes to increase efficiencies.

Technical lead for the Quality Control laboratory team. Lead Quality representative and decision maker for multiple cross functional teams. Developed methods for the utilization of aging materials through alternative strategies and unique manufacturing processes. Identified process gaps and implemented improvements for Finished Goods Rejections & Deviations, Warehouse Dispositions, and Non-Conformity workflow processes.
