Delaware Innovation Fellows (DIF) are students from all disciplines that seek to incite change in the world around them. The DIF academic enrichment program provides students with access to meaningful sessions with influential leaders, large networking events with potential connections, and workshops based on experiential learning the Fellows need to succeed in whatever innovative endeavor they embark on. This evidence-based learning instills a true entrepreneurial mindset, and it affords them the opportunity to put it into practice. My role consists of heading the media side of the program. I run all social media accounts and make weekly blog posts in order to promote our events and the program in its entirety to current and prospective students. In addition to the technical side, I help run multiple workshops which aid in the cultivation of an entrepreneurial mindset for all attendees.

- Served as team lead for the VentureWell E-Teams program - Help to identify leads throughout the customer discovery process - Prepare and conduct market research in order to test value propositions, pricing, revenue model, strategic partners, etc. - Assist in identifying startup grants and identifying a branding strategy

- Designed, created, and executed widespread consumer outreach program - Located, refined, analyzed, and collated market data for executive planning and action - Collaborated with a team of interns to write a research report for executive consumption - Coordinated with in-house marketing team as well as external resources to successfully complete several market research projects

- Ran all operations for WilminGo - an intrapreneurial venture in conjunction with Buccini/Pollin Group and Horn Entrepreneurship - Handled all aspects of WilminGo: Finances, Marketing/Sales, Operations, HR, Legal, and Driving - Secured partnerships with local businesses in Greater Wilmington

- Helped identify top-tier companies for cold and warm leads in order to alleviate the initial step of upper-funnel for Account Executives - Assisted the sales team in many different aspects including preparing sales materials, scheduling meetings, and updating contracts in OneDrive and Salesforce to alleviate these tasks from senior salespeople - Utilized Salesforce, Hunter.io, Winmo, Crunchbase, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Excel, and Slack
