Zachary Goldenberg is the Principal of Liberty Venture Partners, a Toronto-based investment and merchant banking firm. A corporate securities lawyer by training, he has a proven track record in structuring financing and go-public transactions for numerous North American and international companies on Canadian public markets (TSXV, CSE, and CBOE Canada). He has also served as a non-executive director for a select group of publicly listed issuers. Mr. Goldenberg holds a combined JD/HBA in law and business from Western Law and the Ivey School of Business, is a recipient of the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors, and serves on the TSX Venture Exchange’s Advisory Committee.
