•Responsible for management of and assistance with various engineering projects with applications encompassing mechanical, electrical, and civil design work with a focus on integrating new systems into existing facilities. • Daily responsibilities include project and asset management, facilitating procurement of proposals and equipment purchasing, and working with industry and facility maintenance professionals to improve residence halls • Assist department engineers and project managers by developing project documents/drawings in AutoCAD which saves them time and improves project scope detail. Examples include developing project scope for managers and contractors as well as for renovations of residence halls. • Project experience: Development new railing attachment for improved fire code compliance for family and graduate housing buildings; Integration of new rainwater cistern intake system to improve grey-water recycling process for East Campus chiller loop; Coordination and scope development with contractors for implementation of new smart utility meters for residence halls across campus; Integration of AC duct booster fans for high-rise dormitory to improve air quality and comfort for residents. • Served as University Housing Sustainability Committee liaison for 2016 and 2017 with goal being to help improve sustainability awareness and efforts with other students living in residence halls as well as assist with Green Cup challenge by daily monitoring of resident hall utility usage.

Assisted management with inventory of incoming telecommunications equipment from suppliers as well verification of completion, fulfillment, and shipping of contractor material requests along with other daily logistical operations. Due to involvement with auditing process improvements, warehouse operations were efficiently enhanced, and line item errors were effectively reduced from over 1,300 to less than 200, saving both time and money for the warehouse.
