o Lead 40-person team to manage the design and construction of a design-build-finance (DBF) project for Infrastructure Ontario and Metrolinx valued at approximately $230M. o Used my expert technical knowledge to deliver superior design and construction. o Managed the procurement of approximately $30M in engineering services and $200M in construction contracts. Used a combination of traditional tender processes and flexible negotiations. o Developed value engineering solutions to successfully mitigate more than $10M in design creep that was realized through the design development; often encouraging the engineering team to consider new technologies.

o Managed team of 50+ and budget of $500M in construction volume for a project that will provide flood protection for future development, and the enabling infrastructure for the immediate development of 200 acres adjacent to Toronto's downtown core. Acted as the technical lead/contact for design integration for Sidewalk Labs, Toronto Transit Commission (TTC), Toronto Hydro (THES), Enbridge Gas, local land owners, local businesses, and several local developments. o Conducted regular budget and schedule analysis, focusing on strategic initiatives, construction cost projections, and schedule-based cost forecasting. o Lead the coordination of construction estimating and engineering to develop value engineering solutions. o Lead team building /partnering sessions, hosted project-wide information and collaboration sessions. o Represent Waterfront Toronto to receive and address external stakeholder feedback with the design, engineering, and construction teams. o Promoted innovation by implementing a UAV survey program, which helped us explore augmented reality for layout and progress tracking, including the automation of construction equipment.

o Worked with a joint venture partner, team of consultants and my team of engineers and architects to develop a detailed bid design, an ambitious construction schedule, and a concurrent plan to maintain the port operations throughout construction. o Led relationship building activities with the local sub-trades, consultants, and with the Port of Vancouver.

o Managed the design and construction of a $2B 14-km LRT through downtown Edmonton, including the design and construction of utilities, roadways, public realm, LRT rail and communications, rail and pedestrian bridges, tunneling, LRT stops and stations. o Led a global team of engineers and architects to deliver a turn-key LRT line in Edmonton.

Project: York University Subway Station o Project Manager responsible for the structural and building subcontracts including concrete, structural steel, rebar, and waterproofing for a value of approximately $100M. o Oversaw a team of 15 individuals responsible for the delivery of structural packages. o Mentored team members and worked to develop a high-performing team culture by focusing on individual and collective goals. Project: Dufferin Street Bridge Emergency Works o Coordinated with the City of Toronto to demolish an existing bridge and installed three temporary bridges. Approximate project value of $3M. o Managed tight timelines and strict governmental regulations, while delivering work under budget.

o Construction value of $160M, this project increased the efficiency of the Georgetown Rail Corridor and facilitated the opening of the UP Express to service Pearson International Airport from Union Station. Oversaw a team of 15 responsible for the delivery of the structural packages. o Responsible for the design and construction of the temporary works to meet the project schedule. Developed innovative temporary structure solutions that accelerated the work and limited the impact to the progress of the permanent works.
