I was responsible to assisting customer in variety of technology based issues, monitoring the systems through phone and direct contact in a professional and courteous manner. I was also responsible for monitoring the systems, training new members, and running customer reports while continuing my own education.

I was responsible for all of the above except monitoring systems in addition to attending customer and internal strategy meetings, personnel reviews, documenting training material, composition of customer e-mails, and team building. I worked closely with the inventory, support, networking, and engineering staff. Our role was to configure, test, and ship customer equipment while continuing our training as new equipment and newer versions of our equipment became available.

This is a typical Desktop Support position. We work on impact and laser printers, PCs, laptops, user profiles, etc...
