I’m an aspiring supply chain professional with a passion for process improvement. At Sypris Electronics, I’ve helped lead initiatives that significantly reduced defective WIP and raw materials while working closely with suppliers and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly. Outside of my supply chain experience, I’ve taken on leadership roles as a high school soccer coach, Resident Assistant, and Peer Mentor, which shaped how I communicate, lead, and support the teams I am lucky enough to contribute to. I am looking learn insatiably, take on responsibility, and begin building a career where I can constantly and consistently be a valuable asset.
