Develop KPIs/metrics, information systems, and automated analytics tools to support the entire Supply Chain team. Improve data literacy of organization. Maintain master data & processes for MM/WM modules in SAP. Improved / Developed Information Systems to support our team. In particular, these largely revolved around Cycle Count, Supplier Capacity Management, Annual Physical Inventory, and Material Planning. Additionally, created dashboards for operations management, international trade, and freight network analysis.

- Developed work instructions for the overall process of remanufacturing units. - Instituted a system of tracking and alerting management to the progress of high priority orders. - Laid the foundation for a server documents storage system that is in accordance to the Bosch regulations. - Optimized visualization software to handle time and data constraints - Created work instructions for screening housings for radiation following the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster. This included more detailed instructions on radiation safety protocols and using the S.E.A. Scinto radiation detector. - Merging work instructions to conform to Bosch policy due to acquisition. - Help conduct plant-wide distribution of updated quality policy.

- Fostered the development of relationships of approximately 40 students per semester. - Developed and conducted programs on cultural diversity, HIV awareness, personal relationships, academic improvement, and time management. - Managed administrative duties, including maintenance requests, incident reports, and health and safety reports. - Mediated roommate conflicts.
