Provided operational and managerial support to over 200 officers and alumni volunteers in 15 undergraduate chapters by reviewing background data, collecting and assessing the current state of the organization and developing specific solutions to enhance operations. - Collected and organized information for detailed written reports which outlined strategies for chapter advisement and were viewed by undergraduate members, fraternity staff and campus administrators. - Facilitated the contact, recruitment and interview process for over 500 prospective members, culminating in the creation of a new fraternity chapter of over 80 men. - Maintained communication with over 100 chapter officers with respect to goal setting, action plans and continued development of chapter operations. - Advised and informed chapter leadership on financial acumen, financial integrity and best practices in an effort to ensure chapter longevity.
