- Plan, direct, and coordinate all injection molding processes within the facility. - Develop and manage all SOPs. - Hire and manage all new staff with assistance from the company President. - Develop, evaluate, and improve all new molding processes utilizing knowledge of raw materials, assembly methods, quality control, and employee capabilities. - Ensure all employees are meeting the safety and quality standards set forth by not only HMI but those also set forth by our customers. - Manage and maintain our ISO 9001:2015 QMS. - Identify and measure several KPIs to ensure that all production goals are met in a timely fashion. KPIs include cycle times, demand forecasting, mold changeover times, machine downtime, etc. - Train all employees on the production floor. - Oversee and manage all inbound and outbound shipments. - Responsible for production inventory including all raw materials/components and finished product. - Manage risks throughout the facility including unexpected downtime, late incoming shipments, production of non-conforming product, employee absenteeism, etc.

- Consistently meet automotive standards including those set by Toyota and GM. - Create and maintain BOMs for all customers. - Identify and manage all critical inspection criteria for all customers. - CAPA (Correction Actions/Preventative Actions) - Responsible for all data quality assurance processes including PPAP. - Create and implement Quality Alerts, Work Instructions, and Poka Yoke type fixtures. - Ensure all customer requirements are met on a daily basis. - Identify and measure KPIs including cycle time, scrap percentage, DPPM, etc. - Use standard gaging equipment (calipers, micrometers, drop indicators, etc.) to ensure that all product meet customer specifications. - Work hand-in-hand with shift processor to troubleshoot machine processes resulting in non-confomring product.

Receive incoming materials and ship finished product. Also responsible for inventory placement and control.
