* Provide/facilitate legal trainings, community sensitization sessions, focus group discussions and exchange visits between successful Shura/Jirga members and court * Conduct regular follow up meetings with training participants * Research, develop and implement training modules/seminars on property law, family law and inheritance rights, including the development of impact assessment materials * Systematically collect relevant data and maintain administrative records related to the training * Work closely with the legal counsellors and community liaison officers * Conduct assessments as required * Participate in preparation of monthly reports, thematic reports, and correspondence with government officials and international organizations * Participate in NRC staff seminars and training, when scheduled * Represent NRC in national and international meetings, when requested and promote exchange of information with relevant external actors * Respect the anonymity of clients approaching NRC and the confidentiality of information received from any clients
