• Oversaw the construction of bridges and artistic buildings along the A4 autostrada in Poland. • Managed re-bar fixing, formwork, post-tensioning, and welding works to ensure project compliance. • Utilized DOKA scaffolding systems to meet project specifications and enhance safety standards. • Developed basic Polish language skills to improve communication with local teams.
