Prepare invoices, customs documents and export certificates. Control transportation documents (B/L, CMR, Airway bill). Confirm L/C, L/G etc. and follow up payments with banks and customers. Coordinate with insurance and logistics companies for shipment. Ensure the delivery of the completed production orders and monitoring other international transactions. Prepare documents to be sent to customers. Report weekly sales and revenue figures. Ensures delivery of orders to export markets in a timely manner within the company rules and international trade regulations . Complete shipment with using D.İ.İ.B. Communication with Customs brokers and Customs Consultant Company. Communicate with banks for foreign trade processes. Using SAP SD Module.

Examination of unconfirmed LCs, providing guidance to the clients via phone and e-mail, advice of new LC's and Amendment Messages, execution of negotiations upon client instructions, being in charge of LC Confirmation process, reaching out the concerned Control Units about the obstacles, control of expired LC's/LG's on a daily basis, tracking the unpaid charges of unutilized LC's, preparing weekly and daily reports, constructing and approving draft LCs, assisting processing the collections. Complete other foreign trade processes such as CAG , CAD and Guarantee letters in foreign transactions department.
