Experience of integrated production environments almost 28 years; in the early years beginning with the data processing&software applications at Eczacıbaşı Bilgi İletim/Vitra, production team engineer at Arçelik and continues with at Erdemir, concentrating on decision making studies, strategic&investment planning as a chief engineer and the last ten years R&D project management as a project manager. Strategic planning studies (1999-2002): Erdemir’s strategic management system design studies; resource and external environment analyzes, swot analyze, strategic business plan, periodical reviews and reportings. Feasibility studies (2003-2015): These studies comprise Erdemir’s hot/cold mill plants and some subsidiary companies as Erdemir Steel Service Center, Erdemir Romania-Electrical Steel Mills, Çelbor-Seamless Pipe Factory etc. From market research to site analyzes, project plan, layout plan, organization, cost studies, cash flows, scenarios by working with teams in a coordination. Process improvements (2003-2015): These are productivity, necessity analyzes and resource plannings of integrated mills. Also designing production/product cost system, mills capacity models and solutions for bottleneck problems. Periodical reportings of mills’ net operational time and unit production consumptions of mills. Work studies, man/machine scheduling, layout plans, process fmea, numerical analyzes with IT databases. R&D project management (2016-...): Consolidated reporting of projects progresses weekly. R&D system designs, procedures; R&D Business Plan, Proposal Document, Evaluation Document, Performance Indicators. Projects cost analyzes. Research reports for structuring road maps and frames to foster the new project titles to plan. Financial projection of R&D annual plans. Reporter activities : “Reduction of Erdemir Quality Reward Book; 2001,2004”, “R&D Weekly Report Coordination, 500 Week, 2016-2024”.
