-Leading and implementing Cost Reduction strategies in projects with tier interiors suppliers to achieve regional savings in Direct Purchasing (Coaching market cost analysis, Cost Sheet and FOREX analysis, VA/VE studies to set as base of negotiations). - Responsible to improve sourcing methods and Project Management for new projects. - Set Cost Target and trainer in Negotiations principles and Cost Breakdown Analysis. - Supplier Development: management of related departments and CF analysis (supporting manufacturing process in Control Plans, PPAP, APQP, AMEF and Cost Reductions) to ensure Quality, Development, Deliveries and improve internal issue until its implementation through all supplying chain. - Commodity Buyer: daily activities for manage of P.O., Cost Breakdown review and Benchmark analysis to negotiate cost, volumes, deliveries and contracts. (MRP, Q-STRAT, MAPICS and SAP tools used for daily activities).

- Leading and coordinating the Lean Manufacturing implementation and a Culture of Continuous Improvement in all manufacturing operations to achive yearly goals (3 regionals plants) - Develop of the Strategic Planning, Improvement of KPI's, Kaizen and Champion of Cost Improvement Projects. - Develop and training of Lean Manufacturing tools as VSM analysis, 5s System implementation, Kaizen Teian (Suggestion Program), Six Sigma Projects and improving Operational Excellence Manufacturing to maintain plant great and work enviroment focused to achieve a Continuous Improvement Culture.

- Specialized Consulting in Process Transformation. Work to help maximize the operational results of companies, improving Manufacturing, Process, Distribution and Services, giving value added to the projects and Customers.

- Cross Functional KAIZEN Activities with Nissan Suppliers for SQA, Process Improvement and Cost Reductions. - Our approach is Analyze and work in Gemba and focused to the effective implementation of solutions, aiming at reaching the expected results in a short period of time, leading improvement and using Lean Manufacturing and Key Analysis based in the ¨Production System Evaluation¨ to Improve the Total Manufacturing System. - Development of the concept "Want to Be Condition" for the Best Competitiveness and Profitability in Manufacturing Bussines as an integration to the Nissan Douki Seisan.
