Work together with suppliers to increase yields, provide forecast and prepare stocks so that we can lower the internal inventory levels and shorten the lead time. • Consolidate small business or transfer business to more economical suppliers by case study (small filter suppliers, electrical parts suppliers, package suppliers, etc.). - Improve customer satisfaction through increasing the availability, quality and supporting Asia Pacific Distribution Center’s daily work. • Optimize the spare parts sourcing strategy according to different product typology, seasonality and demand pattern, to reduce inventory level in the warehouse. • Providing forecast to suppliers and introduce VMI to improve the deliver-on-time performance to > 90.5%. • Set higher lot size for fast movers to get lower lot size requirement for slow movers. • Supply chain finance implementation to get longer payment term to 74 days end of month, plus BAD. - Resourcing for aftermarket and redevelopment. • Develop new suppliers in the market, involved in supplier selection, RFI, RFQ and audit. • Lead the project of resourcing of redesigned products, working closely with entire cross functional team, such as engineering, quality, marketing, manufacturing teams. • Monitor supply and demand planning (SPP projects) for new products, finish-goods readiness and old stock consumption.

- Involved in thesis project at PP Electrical Systems, related with production plan and control improvement. - The aim of the project carried out is to critically examine the current utilization of Kanban in the MTO factory and to evaluate alternative options for improvement.

- Develop a promotion program for "Yinuan China" the "Google Cup", a Chinese charity contest. Received more than 24,500 ideas from 1,273 colleges and universities. - Publish and run a non-profit e-commerce website entitled "Charitable Goods Network", which is a platform for everyone to donate items.

- Participated in debugging the company's ERP system and inputted all the data into the system. Provided feedback to SAP to perfect the system. - Organized several team-building activities, like a badminton tournament for the company's employees, developed excellent interpersonal and team working skills and learned to follow an agreed format.
