The gap between AI tools and AI results is a people problem. I've spent 30+ years at that intersection. In the 80's and 90's I was at Xerox Imaging Systems, commercializing AI technology from PARC. I saw early what happens when breakthrough technology meets organizational reality. Today I'm co-founder of Kith AI Lab and Kith Climate. We help organizations build the adoption layer that turns AI investment into capability. I've personally built 60+ agentic applications with clients — more than most people in the field. At Kith Climate, I focus on how AI is reshaping sustainability work. Climate teams that master these tools get noticed — by leadership, by hiring managers, by the organizations that need them most.
