I manage system integration projects in AS/400 environment and participate in conversion projects in mainframe environment for companies from the industrial, banking and defense sectors.

I gather requirements and develop COBOL applications for companies from the retailer and defense sectors.

As Head of IT Systems and Development for European Offices I elaborate and roll out IT strategies. The main objective is to regionalize/centralize infrastructure, business applications and IT operations to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk. I initiate and manage several projects to rationalize and standardize the application landscape around Flexcube regional platform. I actively participate in the redesign and the roll out of a common operating model for European branches. With my team split between Dublin and Warsaw, I professionalize production support in cooperation with central teams, thanks to ITIL based support process.

I join Rabobank to build the IT department from scratch, the branch being opened for a few months only. As direct report of the General Manager, I elaborate the IT strategy for France and drive in the late 90s the integration to the global infrastructure. I manage all IT projects, ranging from infrastructure or back office system upgrade to Euro transition and Millennium. In addition, I am responsible for vendor management. I am in charge with my team of the infrastructure, business applications and the development of a bespoke management information system.

I spent almost three years working on very challenging projects with great colleagues. Miss all these good things but had to move on... a nice to place work, anyway and a very special place in my professional life. During my time with Sopra Banking, I managed a project for renewing the billing platform of banking products for a French tier 1 bank. I then managed the delivery team for the transformation programme of the corporate lending activities of the same French bank.
