Lead all clinical medical physics operations at Strahlentherapie Berlin-Moabit, including Varian TrueBeam 1216, Varian Edge and Eclipse/ARIA v17 workflows. Key responsibilities: - Linac QA and patient-specific QA according to TG-142 and DIN 6847, including EPID, IMRT/VMAT, MPC, QuickCheck, Winston-Lutz and OBI/kV workflows - Treatment-plan physics review, plan checks and patient-specific QA for IMRT/VMAT/SRS/SBRT treatments - QATrack+-based digital QA platform with 10+ automated modules, Python pipelines, REST API and MSSQL integration - FMEA/TG-100 risk analysis before and after QA digitalization, designed to quantify process-risk reduction across key QA workflows - Radiation Safety Officer responsibilities, including regulatory interface, calibration management and staff supervision - Direct Moabit–Charité clinical involvement in selected referred/backup-pathway cases involving Varian Ethos online adaptive RT, CyberKnife, TrueBeam STx, IORT and Nuclear Medicine workflows - Doctoral research at Charité: digital QA platform with FMEA-based risk monitoring

Doctoral research project in medical physics focused on the development and clinical evaluation of a QATrack+-based digital QA platform for radiation oncology. The project combines automated QA workflows, Python-based data pipelines, TG-100/FMEA risk analysis and validation using clinical QA datasets from Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin and Strahlentherapie Berlin-Moabit.

Successfully completed specialized examinations in Radiotherapy, Nuclear Medicine and Brachytherapy leading to the title 'Medical Physicist Expert' in Germany (Refreshed every 5 years)
