Promote the development opportunities offered at Technoparc Montreal’s Saint-Laurent Campus. Efforts were concentrated with the real estate brokerage and development community, as well as joining forces with municipal and provincial economic development entities when promoting Montreal outside the Province of Quebec. These efforts lead to over 2 million square foot of land transactions at the Saint-Laurent campus.

Responsibilities included the development and monitoring of the asset management process for the company's real estate investment porfolio. Responsibilities also included the development and structuring of real estate investment partnerships around the Globe with a focus in China, India, Turkey and Argentina.

Direct a team of 30 professionals dedicated to the acquisition of opportunistic real estate equity investments, asset management as well as subordinated loans production and management in Canada, United States, Brazil, Europe and Asia.

Manage a staff of 200 for the Eastern Canada region. Asset management, operations, acquisitions and dispositions for a $1 billion, 10 million square feet, diversified Real Estate portfolio with gross revenues of $225 million. Responsible for the production of Real Estate mortgage financings, management of $3 billion existing mortgage portfolio and a $300 million special loans portfolio.

Manage assets for a 2.1 million square feet Retail and Industrial Real Estate Portfolio located in the Province of Quebec owned by GE Capital and Goldman Sachs

Develop, coordinate and implement a strategic plan for the Canadian Real Estate portfolio of the Company comprising office buildings, industrial properties, shopping centres, land and hotels (total value of $500 million). Manage the Metropolitan Realty Fund (MRF) - an open-ended unitized real estate pooled fund directed to Canadian pension fund investors.Ottawa
