【JP】 現在は製造業向けオートメーションコントローラ関連の商品企画を担当しています。サイバーセキュリティも少しかじり始めました。 2017年4月 : オムロン株式会社に入社 2017年9月 ~ 2021年3月 : 新人研修を終え、IAB (インダストリアルオートメーションビジネスカンパニー)の営業本部に配属となり、営業職として静岡事業所勤務。主に静岡県中部のお客様に対し、ソリューション提案を推進。近年深刻化する工場での人手不足の課題に対し、画像処理での目視検査自動化や、人手による製品の組立や搬送工程のロボットでの自動化提案に注力し、大手自動車部品メーカー様やFA部品メーカー様で採用いただきました。 2021年4月~ : IABの商品事業本部に異動し、主にコントローラ関連の商品企画を担当しています。コントローラ商品のPLMやPPMの実行を行います。マーケティングを行い、市場のニーズに合わせた新商品企画も立案し、2022年7月にEtherCATのユニットをリリースしました。また、2023年12月に耐環境ターミナルのラインナップ追加を行いました。 趣味 : サウナとカフェでのリラックス 特技 : サッカー&フットサルでのリフレッシュ 【EN】 Current Role: I am currently in charge of product planning for automation controllers targeted at the manufacturing industry. I’ve also started to explore the field of cybersecurity. Career History: April 2017: Joined Omron Corporation. September 2017 – March 2021: After completing initial training, I was assigned to the Sales Division of the Industrial Automation Business (IAB) and worked at the Shizuoka office as a sales representative. I mainly supported customers in central Shizuoka Prefecture, promoting solution proposals. In response to the growing issue of labor shortages in factories, I focused on automation solutions such as visual inspection using image processing and robotic automation of assembly and transport processes. These solutions were adopted by major automotive parts manufacturers and FA component manufacturers. April 2021 – Present: Transferred to the Product Business Division of IAB, where I am primarily responsible for product planning related to controllers. My work includes executing PLM and PPM for controller products. I also conduct marketing and develop new product concepts based on market needs. In July 2022, I launched a new EtherCAT unit, and in December 2023, I expanded the lineup with environmentally resistant terminals.
