I’m seeking an Application Scientist or Senior Scientist role at biotech companies and am the perfect fit for these roles because I have the following skills: computational chemistry, cross-functional collaboration, project management, research & development, presentation, technical support, and science communication skills. I have research and development experience in computational automation on the evaluation of osmolality, an essential property in drug development, in therapeutic drug substance and drug product, as evidenced by 1 cross-departmental collaboration related to the osmolarity of drug substances at Genentech. I also have mentorship expertise from the experience of Teaching Assistant in Organic Chemistry Laboratory leveraging technical literacy in spectroscopy as conducting UV, excitation, and emission spectra, and Research Assistant at Rutgers supporting undergraduates to conduct computational chemistry projects. In addition, I have the following qualifications: (1) Experience in managing project details and tasks while researching ligand-protein binding to guide drug design fighting against bacterial drug-resistance resulting. (2) Flexible and versatile researcher with experience in computational analysis of the adsorption of organosulfur compounds in fuels upon metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) to guide the design of the MOF materials in effect reducing the environmental pollution resulting in 1 publication. (3) Ability to manage project timelines and research to improve the transfer efficiency from sunlight to electricity in solar cells. I have the ability to work with key stakeholders and explain salient findings from experimental operations performed upon the proton-conductivity measurement and the BET surface area analyzer.
