Zipari was subsequently acquired at a significant multiple by a PE firm. • GlobalLogic, Digital & Data Transformation Advisor: Led solutioning, sales and initiated delivery for key engagements - Global BPO provider (multi-million Digital Transformation initiative), HealthTech Startup, achieved 50% cost reduction through Global Delivery. • Amalgamated Bank, Management Consultant: Restructured the corporate IT function. • Wealth Engine, Executive Advisor: Scoped and solutioned a sophisticated Entity Resolution service to transform the technology of this Wealth Data startup. The firm was later acquired by a competitor. • ComScore, Interim CIO: Led the post-merger integration of ComScore and Rentrak. Re-architected the internet traffic data collection system processing 64Bn transactions per day from on-prem to AWS.

Supported global enterprises to leverage data assets and digital technologies in innovative ways for business outcomes. Led sales pursuits and delivery of projects and participated in new service development: Led global Strategy and Data initiatives of over $15M+ with up to 200-member Global teams. • Technology Transformation Strategy and Roadmap: Led the development of a 5 year, $200M roadmap to modernize the entire technology portfolio of a leading financial services company. • Large Data Platform Migration to the Cloud: Led one of the largest data lake migrations (7+PB of data and 2,500+ ETL jobs) to Google Cloud at a Fortune 50 Company. The initiative included the migration of 200+ ML models and modernization of the Data Governance program. The project resulted in a complete modernization of the Enterprise Data Platform at the company, enabling the company to utilize the latest AI and Data capabilities on GCP to rapidly develop data-centric initiatives to drive business value. • Enterprise Architecture: Designed the EA function to oversee technology transformation and migration to AWS and effectively manage development and standardize the architecture for all technology initiatives. • Accenture Green Data & AI Capability: Led the development and go to market strategy for the new global service.

Collaborated with the Leadership Team on several strategic initiatives: Global Data Strategy, Enterprise Data Platform, Data Monetization Strategy, Digital Transformation, and Global Technology Delivery Program. Closely worked with the CIO to manage the IT budget of $80M and the Data Analytics / AI budget of $5M. • Established Data Analytics / AI Strategy and Roadmap for the company. Led the selection and implementation of a modern Customer Data Platform to transform the award-winning PowerUp Rewards loyalty program serving 40M+ members. Identified the most promising use-cases and initiated projects to increase marketing message engagement by over 15% and reduce in-store “Not In Stock” events by 10%. • Developed a new product strategy and business case for a service to identify beta testers for new games. The goal was to ramp up annual product revenue to $50M in 2 years. The product was included in the 2020 New Business Strategy for the company. • Established and aggressively scaled the offshore outsourcing program to reduce annual IT budget by over 25%, improve IT maturity and access to technical skills.

Led a team of 500+ to develop and operate all CAQH Technology products for healthcare Provider Data Management (1.4+ million providers) and Insurance Coverage Data Analysis (162+ million lives). Managed a budget of $20M+. • Established the technology vision and designed the cloud native CAQH Reference Architecture on Microsoft Azure. Created a Data Analytics, ML and AI center of excellence. • Successfully leveraged Machine Learning / AI to train two bots to measure Provider Directory quality. Filed a Patent on “Machine-Learned Scoring Models for Assessing Audit Result Outcomes of Provider Directory Data”. The product was developed to potentially save health plans up to $91M annually. The improved data quality significantly improved Customer Experience while searching for doctors in a health pan. • Implemented and scaled an on-demand Provider Credentialing BPO service helping clients reduce costs for this administrative function by over 25%.

Facilitated technology collaboration across the portfolio and directly managed and mentored IT teams at portfolio companies. Led technology due diligence, onboarding, and divestiture of businesses. Influenced a Portfolio technology budget of ~$130M and directly managed a budget of ~$15M. • Established a Cloud-first technology strategy and migrated the corporate office application portfolio to cloud. • Created a very successful Shared Service to reduce back-office costs by over 10% and increase flexibility for the entire business portfolio. Migrated to an integrated suite of Cloud SaaS solutions. • Oversaw the consolidation of the technology platform and team of 3 independent home healthcare businesses acquired by The Post over 12 months resulting in substantial operational efficiency. • Collaborated with VCs to ensure early access to new technology to develop innovative products across the Portfolio.
