Providing training for service engineers and vendor engineers on Installation and Commissioning of Li-ion Batteries at ENODEB and AG1 sites Providing technical support via telephone and field support to service engineers, vendors and customers as well Revival of faulty batteries at BRC and also provided training for the same to Exicom engineers Analyzing the faulty batteries and preparing RCA (Root Cause Analysis) report Reviewing of weekly and monthly MIS reports Ensuring vendor management to support manpower on time Ensuring spare management for all type of batteries Installation and Commissioning of 48V500Ah Battery Cabinet in number of sites(Chhattisgarh, Orissa, Bihar etc.,) Remote monitoring of installed batteries to get batteries status.
