As HRBP of regional platform dept. -Organization Management: Formulate workforce business plan, define position configurations, and develop the Workforce Planning (WFP). Track workforce budget execution, effectively control compensation packages, and ensure adherence to the HR budget. -Talent Management: Oversee C&Q , personnel promotion and performance management to enhance the professionalism of the department's talent and strengthen the talent pipeline. -Mobility Management: Develop and execute internal allocation plans to attract and source internal talent, ensuring high-quality and high-volume implementation.

Responsible for business negotiations, supplier certification, and selection for project suppliers in countries such as Côte d'Ivoire and Guinea. Leads the planning and negotiation of major procurement projects, including office relocation, renovation, and Integrated Facility Management (IFM). Supplier Relationship Management: Establishes and maintains strong cooperative relationships with key suppliers.
