•Develop and implement state-of-the-art AI algorithms for image processing, segmentation, object identification, and interpretation, focusing on CT, MRI, IHC, H&E, lab animal video data or other image modalities used in biological research. •Develop and embed automated processes for predictive model building, testing, and validation. •Develop and deploy E2E image analysis solutions to empower translation or clinical studies by collaborating with translational scientists, data scientists, data architectures, software engineers, business analysts, and users interface designers. •Provide detailed technical documentation to ensure reproducibility and knowledge transfer. •Work with an interdisciplinary team of highly accomplished scientists to push the AI frontiers in disease understanding, patient stratification, biomarker identification, and drug discovery and development.

•Responsible for the trial production of new product development stage, outputting the trial production process of new products to the engineering end, and cooperating with products and projects to promote the development of new products. •During the trial production process of new products, relevant departments are contacted to propose solutions for calibration issues, ensuring the quality and speed of new product trial delivery; Simplify the calibration process during the trial production of new products to shorten the calibration time. •Provide corresponding algorithm implementation documents to the software department in conjunction with product applications. •Responsible for organizing, recording, and summarizing technical documents related to image calibration algorithms and temperature measurement calibration algorithms.

•Responsible for writing electromagnetic propagation models, calculating radar coverage scenarios based on altitude, and adding new code interfaces. •Responsible for optimizing the efficiency of radar 3D coverage calculation code and improving radar detection probability issues. •Responsible for verifying algorithm interfaces in radar and electronic warfare scenarios.

•Responsible for researching 2D virtual digital human generation algorithms, using AI generation networks (wav2lip model) to train virtual digital humans, including voice lip synchronization, expression generation, action generation, and other digital human related work. Researching multimodal analysis, representation, alignment, synthesis, and other technologies related to virtual digital human generation. •Responsible for researching algorithms for large language models, training and deploying large language visual model services.

•Responsible for the development of the M language compatibility tool MWORK, including testing of the M language compatibility tool, including the writing of M language kernel functions, test case writing, test execution, bug fixing, etc •Responsible for writing help documents for M language compatibility tools
