*English follows Japanese "お客様へ製品以上の豊かさを提供したい" この信条のもと、ラグジュアリーブランドでの販売業務からキャリアをスタート。2017 年、2018 年には顧客満足度アンケートで店舗 1 位の実績を上げました。 法人のお客様にも想いを届けるため、転職後に営業職を経て、営業戦略本部に着任。プロジェクトリーダーとして、事業の策定や社内各部署との連携、200社のパートナーをサポート、その実績が評価され、2020年に社内表彰をいただきました。 その後、フードデリバリー業界にてアカウントマネジメント業務に従事。 現在は、透明マウスピース矯正を展開するスタートアップ企業にて、顧客の成約率を高めるためのマネジメント業務、顧客サポートを行っております。 "Providing customers with more than just products" With this belief, I believe that service is important for the customers. I started my career in sales at a luxury brand in 2017 and 2018. I ranked first (1st) in Customer Satisfaction Survey in the store where I worked in during these years. My passion is to reach more customers with the service that I can provide. After gaining some experiences from challenging corporate sales last 2020, I was also assigned to the Sales Strategy Division in the same year. As a project leader in the division, I developed business plans, collaborated with various departments in the company, and supported about 200 companies. During this time, I received an internal award as a recognition of my achievements. After that, I worked as an account manager in the food delivery industry. Currently, I am working for a start-up company that provides transparent mouthpiece braces where I am responsible for management and customer support to increase the customer sign-up rate.
