Managed the research and development as well as innovation projects of the customers along with TUBITAK, R&D Design Center and KOSGEB R&D projects. Examined and structured the projects for the clients, prepared the period reports, delivered them and received allowances for the companies. Working with the accounting, human resources and R&D departments of the customers, made the excellent support available for the customers. Administered the accounting activities of Flekssit Office Furnitures by making periodic audits of the accounting accounts, submitting reports to the management regarding production costs and the necessary measures to increase profitability. Also, assisted the financial transactions by contacting banks, the State Supply Office and official institutions. Flekssit Group has been serving in the field of modular office furniture and systems since 1980. Since its establishment, it is one of the leading companies in the sector with its stable performance, integrated production approach and investment-oriented approaches.

Managed the structuring and the re-organization of the company in the responsible areas. Within this process mainly had the responsibility of determination of waste products, correction of systematic errors in goods acceptance process, revision of the warehouse areas, development of innovative documentation and document tracking system. Also, innovative approaches had been applied for product classification, transportation/shipment processes, work order follow-ups, workforce calculation, workflow optimization and accounting. Established an updated information system to determine sales figures while working with the R&D unit about new products and product recipes. Hayat Havlu company, which started its activities in Kayseri in 2003, was founded by entrepreneurial businessmen from Kayseri. Hayat Havlu has a daily production capacity of 9.000kg in a closed area of 24.000m2. Having one of the factories with the most modern machinery in Turkey, Hayat Havlu has a total of 51 state-of-the-art weaving looms, 15 of which are dobby and 36 are jacquard. Sorting, warp drawing, weaving, dyeing, garment and embroidery processes are all carried out within Hayat Havlu.

Analyzed financial information and prepared financial reports for the identification and maintenance of liabilities, tax liability, asset and other financial activity records. Developed and implemented the chart of accounts in the accounting department of the company, prepared and submitted declaration given to the tax office and the declarations given to the SSI. Also had the responsibility to prepare the VAT return files and made the return transactions. Both shelf presentation and the content effectiveness aim maximum satisfaction of customers. HES Detergent cleaning family improve its range of products and reach to a growing number of point-of-sale thanks to the experience and the power behind.

Controlled the accounting systems and flows of the customers, prepared the VAT return files as well as the accounting statements. Prepared and implemented General Assembly procedures for joint stock companies, company establishment, company liquidation and company transfer. Also, supported customers in tax audits.

Administrated the purchasing, logistics and warehousing of Pazaristan Perakende company’s multiple branches (6 branches). After the growth of the company, the branch count reached to 20 and managed the optimization project of the company. Within the optimization, managed and optimized the purchasing and warehousing processes of the company. Determined the minimum and maximum stock indicators, developed blacklist and super product lists. Also, developed market system project in order to correct the defects and errors in the shipment. The projects have been completed with full success and both cost and time savings have been achieved. Pazaristan continues its investments with innovative service and quality understanding. The company, which is taking firm steps towards becoming a national chain, continues its investment studies in the surrounding provinces at the first stage.
