As Business Development Manager my main responsibility is to manage, support, and supervise the business development department of SKTS Company. This department is responsible for:  The acquisition of new projects and project bids.  Analyze & evaluate the Business opportunities in Bahrain and GCC.  Define the Training Gaps in the Market and provide solutions.  Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market.  Proactively develops and improve products and services.  Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients.

As sales & Marketing Manager I am responsible for all sales and marketing of Kanoo Plastics products and services within the Middle East and Africa markets. Developing a broad customer base and ensuring that customers are regularly visited to improve business opportunities. Active team member for the whole production processes to produce high quality Plastics Compound Materials. Ensuring that economical and effective customer contacts are maintained, up-to date and level of business generated from each customer is reviewed and assessed in relation to set targets. Collect market intelligence on products, services, trends, competitors and pricing to study the market and to improve our project for the benefit of company and customers. Coordinate company product developments with technology joint venture partner Compco PTY Australia and our Managing Director. Major product lines from Kanoo Plastics Co. are XLPE plastic compounds for the electrical cable industry, here I have obtained a great deal of technical and process experience, with major cable companies within the GCC, Middle East and North Africa. Also experience with XLPE pipes.

Arabian Shipbuilding & Repair Yard Company (ASRY)  As a Ship Manager my responsibilities were: prepare the cost estimation, project planning, manage all the maintenance & repair processes, prepare the schedule for the processes, and carry out the inspection after every job to ensure that the quality standards were met.  Provide leadership and direction, while facilitating and maximizing teamwork productivity.  Developed, built and integrated plans, schedules and resource requirements ensuring logical and timely execution of assigned jobs
