start working as Packaging Development supervisor ( 2005 - 2008 ) Main Responsibilities : - Responsible in developing packaging concept that targeted with the right market. - Responsible for packaging development process and make sure the quality meet the standard. - Work closely with Marketing, RND formulation, Quality Control, Production, Planning, Purchasing to make sure the packaging process going smooth, and meet the launching schedule. - Coordination with Packaging Supplier: involved in packaging development such as: 1. Design technique & mould development 2. Packaging material alternatives (plastic, alufoil, sticker label, shrink label, box, corrugated box, etc) 3. Color approval and standard application 4. Price negotiation and schedule activities 5. Quality test for packaging sample and color trials 6. Packaging cost reduction Achievements : - Started up a new division, and created working system within Packaging Development ( Create SOP, Working Instruction, Filling Document, Quality Check ) - Improved design and quality of the packaging for new and relaunch product.

Main Responsibilities : - Designed and created packaging concept, Above The Line and Below The Line. - Supervised and communicated with Advertising Agencies, Production House in producing TV commercial. - Communicated and negotiated with other functions (marketing, sales, and export divison) about design concept. - Supervised the supplier and controlled the color printing process Achievements : - Improved the quality of design at PT. Lotte Indonesia. - Created TV commercial concept for PT. Lotte Indonesia
