•Arrange purchase order (PO) based on sales order for packaging material including carton, label, pallet, and instruction. •Arrange payment request in timely manner for all purchase order before its due date. •Examine import goods arrival in warehouse, cross-checking with PR, PO, SC, Invoice, and Packing List. •Analyze goods usage for costing and stock order.

Import: •Prepare all the documentation procedures (D/O, BL, Invoice, PIB, and etc). •Communicate with customers or certain parties refers to shipping. •Fully handling import cargo containing wood products, machine, factory accessories, etc. through sea and air freight. •Manage all mandatory import document including PI Kehutanan, PI BMTB, and SKI Alkes. •Monitor for delivery goods in coordination with trucking coordinator. Procurement: •Oversee seamless end-to-end operation from vendor negotiation to product delivery in factory. •Analyze vendor quotations and specifications to secure the best fit for customer needs, budget goals, quality expectations, and project deadlines. •Engage with dynamic cross-functional teams, including Marketing, QC, Warehouse, GA, and PPIC, to drive smooth operations.

Manage sub-material procurement to arrive on requested time, comply with requested specification, and have reasonable price.

Support and coordinate the series of Kenaf's supply chain research activities including field work and webinar so the event fulfills indicator of achievement.

Learn and conduct field work on all department of forest industrial plantation including planning, nursery, plantation, production, social and conservation, and water management.

Focusing on tree genetic diversity as part of conservation efforts.
