As a Compliance Consultant, I provide regulatory and AML/ATF advisory services to FinTech, Crypto, MSB, and financial organizations. My work focuses on strengthening compliance programs, reducing regulatory risk, and ensuring full alignment with FINTRAC and global standards. Key responsibilities: Developing, enhancing, and reviewing AML/ATF compliance programs Conducting risk assessments and evaluating internal controls Supporting KYC, CDD/EDD, onboarding workflows, and ongoing monitoring Reviewing and validating STR, LVCTR, and EFTR reports Assisting with remediation projects, audit preparation, and regulatory readiness Preparing policies, procedures, governance documents, and internal frameworks Advising on crypto compliance, blockchain analytics, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring Working with stakeholders to strengthen risk management and operational integrity This role combines regulatory expertise, analytical decision-making, and hands-on compliance operations to support organizations in maintaining effective and scalable AML/ATF frameworks.
