Ao longo do último ciclo, tive o privilégio de conduzir com sucesso o time de analistas que entregaram 97% dos projetos do portfólio. Além disso, obtive um alto índice de acuracidade no planejamento financeiro, atingindo 98% de precisão. Minha atuação como gestor abrange diversas responsabilidades, como garantir a implementação eficiente das iniciativas estratégicas da VP de TI e Transformação. Por meio da liderança do time de Agilidade, fomento uma cultura de trabalho colaborativa, ágil e orientada a resultados.

Responsible for the operation and management of the IT and Transformation VP Project portfolio and dissemination of the Agile culture.

At Pague Menos, I managed strategic projects for the Health Hub, achieving significant results even in the MVP phase, such as making more than 200,000 appointments. In addition, I planned, monitored and aligned the expectations of the Digital Transformation, Technology and Business areas through reports and periodic meetings, ensuring the delivery of the results expected by the stakeholders. I was also responsible for ensuring the execution of agile project routines, detecting possible time, cost and scope deviations, and structuring action plans to mitigate the identified risks and impacts.

At ARCO Educação (NASDAQ: ARCE), I managed strategic projects from software selection to the implementation of e-commerce on the Magento platform, as well as integration projects for new companies focusing on Protheus TOTVS and Oracle EBS ERPs, ensuring the implementation of ITGC controls with focus on SOx and the sustainability of the operation in the transition period.

Managed software projects such as Salesforce, RM TOTVS and SAP with a focus on organizational improvements and automation of financial, academic and student service processes. Use of traditional and agile frameworks to manage internal and outsourced teams from business analysis to product development

Managed architecture, engineering and design projects with multidisciplinary teams and suppliers in Brazil and the USA. Focus on scope management, time planning, as well as cost and procurement planning and control.
