I have accumulated over 5 years of experience in software development management, encompassing various roles ranging from Project Management to more product-oriented work as a Product Owner/ Manager in a high-load and dynamic agile environment. Throughout my career, I have spearheaded product development from ideation to production, maintenance and continuous improvement. A notable achievement was leading the Buff.Game from the moment it has 500 DAU to approximately 500,000 nowadays. Working closely with cross-functional teams (Developers, DevOps, QA, Design), I’ve developed a strong grasp of the full SDLC. This technical fluency helps me bridge the gap between business goals and implementation details—identifying scalable, high-impact solutions that balance effort vs. value. I’m also hands-on with prototyping in Figma, which helps quickly align stakeholders and streamline development.
