I worked as Quality Inspector. I was generally responsible for ensuring the integrity of the product before it was forwarded to the customer, whether internal or external. I was responsible for inspecting materials, issuing reports on deviations from the assembly, verifying the qualifications of the assemblers, returning materials that did not conform to the responsible area and other activities. I had great experience with the generation of indicators where it began to be part of my activities after the control of documents. These indicators in Excel were made to evidence and quantify the quality actions in the production process, besides showing from the quantity of nonconformities found, to data that are used for the area plan of goals, where we were able to make the process of more mature and evolving continuously.
