 Developing and continuously improving the Alliance QMS including Alliance QA framework, management plans, processes and tools such as ITPs, Checklists, Templates  Managing the Alliance QHSE systems using 12d Synergy, Wrike, Aconex and SafetyCulture (iAuditor)  Planning Alliance QA/QC training materials/modules and ensuring QA inductions/trainings are effectively delivered at all levels  Assessing Alliance quality risks and monitoring quality KRAs/KPIs (i.e., RFIs, NTCs NCRs/CARs, CWPs, etc.)  Ensuring construction QHSE data and trends for corrective and preventative actions are collected, analyzed and reported to management (PAB and AMT) as required  Ensuring supplier/subcontractor audits, QHSE compliance audits are being conducted, and the audit findings are well communicated and effectively actioned  Managing the document control interfaces with the client and other internal and external stakeholders including Auckland Council, Watercare and Utility Asset Owners  Ensuring QHSE non-compliances, complaints, issues, concerns and lessons learned are well processed and closed out across the Alliance.

 Maintaining Dempsey Wood QHSE ISO Certification and ensuring they are being implemented effectively across all Dempsey Wood Projects  Promoting quality culture and increasing quality and compliance awareness  Establishing and improving Dempsey Wood project quality management systems by reviewing and updating the project QA/QC processes/procedures and tools  Planning quality and system compliance audits and ensuring they are well delivered with corrective actions and opportunities for improvements raised  Assessing Dempsey Wood information/data management systems and providing solutions to effectively manage the project data including all the QA/QC records  Delivering QA inductions and Q/QC relevant training (e.g., NCR Process, Transmittal Management, Construction Drawing Management, etc.) at all levels  Participating in the bidding process and providing the bidding team with system supports

Provide quality assurance and quality control consulting services to the clients (i.e., Leighton Contracts, SECORA, etc.)

 Provide quality leadership and promote the quality and risk culture across the project.  Lead the development and improvement of project management systems and ensure they comply with the Clough corporate QMS and project contractual requirements.  Ensure the project quality induction, QMS induction and other quality relevant training sessions are rolled out as required.  Develop and maintain the Project Audit Schedule and conduct the QMS and contractual compliance audits and supplier/subcontractor audits as required.  Schedule management reviews and ensure the internal/external audit results to which need managements intervention for further improvement in the QMS are highlighted.  Ensure the project quality deliverables such as Project Quality Plan, Quality Control Plans, and Inspection and Test Plans are developed, validated, approved and updated as required within the time frame.  Ensure the contractual quality requirements are fully understood and incorporated into the tendering packages including Scope of Work (SOW) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) and then relevant purchase orders/subcontracts.  Plan and allocate the appropriate QA/QC resources for conducting offsite surveillance inspection based upon the procurement engineering criticality assessment and ensure the quality of offsite fabrication is under control.  Ensure the QA/QC resources for site inspections are assigned and the ongoing site inspections including material receiving inspection, pile driving inspection, concrete pre-pour, pouring and post-pour inspection, grouting inspection, welding inspection, and painting inspection are conducted as required.  Ensure the project quality status and KPIs are monitored and reported as required.  Manage the project NCRs, and CARs and ensure they are addressed, actioned and closed out properly and effectively within the agreed time frame.
