Demand management (Sell-in) - demand forecasting on a Year/Quarter/Month/Week basis by SKU and Customer Account. - Expertly manage S&OP by aligning demand plans with monthly Greek market trends, production schedules, sales strategies, and stock levels. 2. Revenue management -Track and report weekly and monthly sales by SKU and customer. -Estimate monthly and yearly revenue. -Analyze sales deductions and profit margins. Manage billing and report final monthly revenue. -Forecast monthly sales revenue based on weekly production plans and Average Selling Price (ASP). 3. Sell-out management - Sellout forecast/result mgt. by SKU (vs LY, vs LW, Promo, Seasonality) - Channel inventory mgt. - WOS optimization - Yearly WOS Planning / Seasonality analysis 4. Supply Chain Coordination - Allocate goods to customers based on stock levels and availability. - Manage lead times/factory demands. - Planning Direct shipments from Slovakia and Hungary. - Coordinate stock movements: inbound, outbound, inventory, - aging SKUs, and safety SKUs. - Track the entire order process: sales order, delivery, goods issue, and billing. - Lead SCM and AP2 (demand planning) meetings. - Manage risks like supply delays due to blockages, strikes, or natural disasters. - In charge of global sales for brand named OLD NAVY mainly produces women's Knit apparel including fleece, dress to various nations i.e. U.S, Canada, China, Hong Kong, U.K, France, UAE, Australia, New Zealand, etc. - Assist export process, correcting buyer's BOM details, and communicate with buyers - Responsible for ordering garment sample materials from local and imported suppliers - Responsible for tracking down garment sample logistics sent to factories, buyers internationally
