- Conduct training needs analysis and work closely with business units to define the business priorities and key abilities gap to generate training plans for all levels of employees. - Monitor training expenses and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures. - Participate in career fair to identify potential candidates through first level screening. - Lead and guide 3 L&D executives through feedback and mentoring.

- Liaise with L&D teams from Daikin subsidiaries in different countries to maintain high quality training delivery and alignment on Group learning strategies and objectives. - Collaborate with business units and external training vendors for course customisation to ensure training delivery meet management expectations. - Facilitate and coordinate training boot camp for up to 500 employees, covering team management skills for managers, leadership readiness for talents and onboarding for new hires.
