I worked as part of a team developing an ASP.NET Web API project that allowed the client to manage an inventory of most of the merchandise owned by the company. The API could then be used by any other device or platform to access the database from anywhere at any time and perform any operation needed on the data. C#, JSON and MSSQL and Entity Framework where the main technologies used on my end to achieve this goal.

I was in charge of the operative systems management, their installation and configuration, including Microsoft Windows and some Linux terminals altogether, doing also LAN/WLAN networks configuring, monitoring and troubleshooting. Other responsibilities were, but not limited to installing and configuring computer hardware and software applications, Microsoft Office suite, replacing hardware parts as required, setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues and train and assist users when dealing with software and equipment.

Collaborated with other team members on special projects and events. Responsible for installing the operative systems and related software, repair malfunctions, perform data recovery and vulnerability assessment, perform virus cleanup, manage LAN/WLAN networks, PC-tuneups as well as hardware testing and maintenance. Developer of management systems and responsible for computers and systems security.

While working for the Bank of Credit and Commerce, I designed and coded a desktop management system operating Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and Microsoft Office Access respectively and using C# as the main programming language for creating and consuming Web Services using SOAP protocol and Microsoft Access as the database management system. The software kept records of all institutions registered on the bank credit history, in this way all operations regarding monthly loans and transactions made by each client could be instantly monitored or saved for later revisions Through this system there were improvements to the efficiency of the commercial department and specifically in the commercial representative's performance by decreasing the data revision times and the processing of information more accurate and less error prone. This software got honors on software development forums effected on the company

I developed a security system for Windows XP systems using C++ as the main language, XML and MySQL as the database management system, relaying on RAD tools like Borland C++ Builder and MySQL Workbench Community. The system recorded all the clients and kept logs of all the registered users as well as any irregular activity with the business resources (forbidden visited URLs, forbidden launched applications, etc). It offered a faster and easy way of detecting and analyzing any anomaly on the matter of information security according to the business security rules and on keeping users records always updated. When this software was implemented there was a plausible 40% reduction of IT security issues and an increase of a 60% of early detection of security leaks. I did various collaborations on educational software development for middle educative centers, working on digital design using Adobe Photoshop and web design with Wordpress, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. I also worked on some other minor projects with C# and MSSQL .
