Managed key components of Gogoro's reverse logistics and warranty processes, supporting both domestic and international B2B partners. -Oversaw the return and inspection of defective parts, ensuring accurate validation and timely processing. - Coordinated with sales teams to complete post-validation actions, including issuing credit notes and arranging product replacements. - Negotiated and finalized warranty agreements with 10+ international clients, balancing internal policy with client needs to build lasting partnerships. - Strengthened cross-functional collaboration between service, logistics, and business teams to improve workflow efficiency.
