About
I am a late‑stage PhD candidate in Chemistry and Chemical Biology at Northeastern University with a research focus on targeted oligonucleotide delivery for cancer therapy. My work bridges chemical biology, polymer chemistry, proteomics, and nanoparticle engineering, enabling the design and preclinical validation of innovative therapeutic platforms. I have developed sequence‑defined polymer–oligonucleotide conjugates, optimized their chemical modifications for therapeutic performance, and conducted in vitro and in vivo studies to assess biodistribution, pharmacokinetics, safety, and efficacy. Earlier in my career, I led proteomics projects uncovering novel post‑translational modifications regulating metabolic and immune signaling, with publications in JACS, Journal of Controlled Release, Cell Research and Nature Communications. My technical expertise spans: • Oligonucleotide synthesis & conjugation (HPLC, FPLC, GPC, DLS, ζ‑potential) • Preclinical in vivo models for oncology and diabetes drug evaluation • Mammalian cell and molecular biology (CRISPR, flow cytometry, confocal imaging) I am passionate about translating fundamental discoveries into therapeutic solutions and thrive in cross‑disciplinary, collaborative research environments that link chemical design to biological impact.

Experience

Doctoral Researcher
Boston, Massachusetts, United States
At Northeastern University, I focused on targeted oligonucleotide delivery for tumor therapy, developing innovative polymer–oligonucleotide conjugates. My research led to significant advancements in oligonucleotide purification and optimization, resulting in a lead candidate that effectively suppressed tumor growth while ensuring safety in rodent models.

Graduate Researcher
Shanghai, China
At Fudan University, I focused on proteomic discovery, investigating novel post-translational modifications that regulate cell signaling. My work involved validating lysine modifications and identifying key regulatory enzymes, which contributed to a deeper understanding of metabolic processes and their implications in disease.
