Lead Human Capital division. My mission was to further improve the core competencies of ELEKS' employees and establish improved professional standards at work. Was responsible for developing and executing a new strategy of talent acquisition with success; as well as additional HR strategies for supporting company goals and achieving growth through improved staff productivity and efficiency.

Responsible for evaluating and increasing strategic and operational processes efficiency both through process redesign and technology enablement to leverage company service capabilities. Systemized corporate structure.

Established the new Business Analysis Office from scratch including concept development, planning and management. Was responsible for developing and maintaining core standards for the business analysis, establishing and improving business analysis competency and improving competency of the business analysis professionals. Performed BAO related staffing, handled administrative planning including annual budget planning and salary management.

Was involved in different roles (customer service coordinator, QA lead, project manager, business analyst) in a number of projects of different size and types from start-up to enterprise-wide solutions. Gained a good understanding of key business drivers and deep knowledge of organizational structure and processes. Initiated and cultivated new partnerships to meet the company’s goals and objectives. Established and managed an internationally certified Corporate Certification Center.

As a COO, I was managing the company’s operations in line with the set KPIs, with the main focus being improved general business efficiency. I was involved in developing new operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems and processes to drive rapid and sustainable growth. I was directly responsible for Human Capital, Capacity Planning and Management, Centers of Excellence, Corporate University, IT, Administration and Facilities. Also I coordinated cross-company projects and initiatives, including company’s budget (P&L) development and monitoring.
