Conducted research in the Yersinia Research Laboratory of Haartman Institute. Key objectives included creating and analyzing waaL-knockout mutants, studying LPS structural features, and investigating the effects of waaL gene deletions on Y. enterocolitica bacterium properties. The study covers various aspects such as ligase synthesis, crystallography, complement resistance, motility, and bacterium sensitivity to stress factors.

Conducted original research in plant phytopathology focusing on the correlation between chronic gamma irradiation and UV-B influence on bacterial pathogenicity. Designed and performed experiments, collected and analyzed data, interpreted research results.
