Tasks on the position: • Lead and manage QA teams, driving high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement • Develop and implement QA strategies and processes to support rapid growth and scalability • Establish and refine QA practices to ensure rigorous testing and product quality • Mentor and develop QA team members, fostering a culture of excellence • Oversee and optimize testing practices to ensure thorough coverage and accuracy • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their quality requirements and expectations • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal quality standards • Identify opportunities for test automation

Responsibilities: - Managing test activities for cross-company projects - Building test strategies for projects and QA processes across the company - Ensure processes & documentation are compliant with quality & regulatory requirements - Set up regular synch up of the QA engineers across the company - Mentor & coach QA engineers upon need, have regular 1x1 - Organise online/offline events to share knowledge and educate organization on QA best practices - Take part in HR processes: hiring, performance evaluation, onboarding & development talks with QA Engineers - Keep focus on release management (Verification & Validation phase, regression scope, deployment requirements etc) including work with other stakeholders – other guild leads, tech leads, PO’s and Scrum Masters - Monitor hotfixes and reasons behind - Design test metrics and dashboards for stakeholder management & visibility - Oversee capacity of the QA team and work on organizational changes - Сommunication with customers and external test teams - Help teams with testing if needed

Project: Booking platform for business travellers (hotels, cars, flights) Responsibilities: - Requirements analysis and clarifications - Creating test data required for testing - Reporting defects - Functional, UI, regression testing Tools: Jira, Practitest, Chrome DevTools, Postman, Jenkins

Responsibilities: - Manage release processes. - Define and estimate a scope of release testing for accurate communication of release dates - Create and manage release branches. Run release builds. - Facilitate meetings. - Work closely with the product, development, and QA teams on releases to ensure they are on time and stable. Tools: SourceTree, TeamCity, Confluence, Microsoft SharePoint, BugZilla, JIRA

Project: Dental Software System for managing and viewing electronic patient data related to Dental treatments. Responsibilities: - Requirements analysis and clarifications - Create test data required for testing - Prepare test environment - Report defects - Functional, performance, integration, regression, validation testing - Installation testing - Testing of system integration with medical hardware Tools: Jira, MS Office, SharePoint, Bugzilla, VMWare and VirtualBox

Project: Complete Office Management System for Hospitals Responsibilities: - Requirements analysis and clarifications - Create test cases - Create test data required for testing - Prepare test environment - Report defects - QA tasks estimation - Smoke, functional, performance, regression, confirmation testing - Installation testing - Testing of system integration with hardware and 3rd party software - Data migration and conversion testing - Prepare system for Himsa certification Tools: TFS, MS Office, MTM, SQL Talk, MS SQL, VMware workstation
